Old Fire Hall Reservations

Rent Some Community Space for a Special Event

Little Canada residents or businesses may reserve the lower level of the Old Fire Hall for parties, showers, meetings, etc. 

Location

This rental space is located at 440 Little Canada Road, just east of I-35E. Renters should access the site using the lower level entrance around the back.

Amenities

The Old Fire Hall features kitchen facilities, separate bathrooms for men and women, and holds a maximum capacity of 75 people. Tables and chairs are available on-site. Feel free to view the layout map (PDF).

Rental Fees & Security Deposit

The rental fees for the lower level of the Old Fire Hall are as follows:

$100 Monday-Thursday (rental hours 9:00 am - Midnight)
$180  Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays (rental hours 9:00 am - Midnight)

During the reservation process you will be required to list the START time & END time you will be using the space.

$350 security/damage/cleaning deposit is also required.  This will be refunded within three weeks if no deductions are necessary.

How to Reserve the Old Fire Hall rental space

To check date availability or to make a reservation, use the online reservation system
Reserve your date at least one week prior to your event.

Key and Alarm Code:  Mark your calendar!  You must pick up a key for this facility a day or two before your rental. Office hours for key pick up are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
City offices are not open on weekends.
