5K Sap Run
Just as the maple sap runs after the long winter gives way to spring warmth, runners can also get out and run in the sun at the Little Canada 5K Sap Run around beautiful Gervais Lake on Saturday, May 6, 2023. Little Canada’s logo includes a maple leaf, which was the inspiration for this spring race. Join us for a competitive race or a fun run/walk and start the spring off on the right foot.
Participants will receive a Sap Run t-shirt, finisher's medal, and swag bag with a mini bottle of Bell's Maple Syrup.
Winners for each age category (see the chart below) will receive an EXCLUSIVE Sap Run quarter zip! Quarter zips are made to order, so winners will receive their prize within one month of the race.

Schedule of Events:
7:00 AM - Race day registration and packet pickup
8:00 AM - 5K Start
Parking is available at the Gervais Beach Parking Lot (2420 Edgerton Street, Little Canada, MN 55117). Overflow parking will be just south of the Gervais Beach entrance at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (233 Edgerton Street, Little Canada, MN 55117).
