Twin Lake Blvd Development

Twin Lake Blvd Project Proposal site plan

Background

The City has approved a Zoning Map Amendment and Comprehensive Plan Amendment to rezone two parcels of land that were purchased from the City from R-1, Low-Density Residential to R-3, High-Density Residential in order to facilitate a multi-family housing development. Reuter Walton will build two 60-unit multi-family apartment buildings on land north of Twin Lakes Boulevard. The project will feature a 3-story wood-framed structure over one level of underground parking. This development has been approved and the builder has submitted a building permit to the City. Work on this site has begun.
