Public meeting for a proposed multi-family apartment at Rice Street and West Demont Avenue

Reuter Walton will be hosting a public meeting to discuss the proposed multi-family apartment project at Rice Street and West Demount Avenue and solicit feedback.
This is a follow-up to an initial public meeting held on June 7, 2023.
The proposed plan includes a 160-unit, 5-story apartment building. Project amenities are incorporated into the design to enhance the quality of life for the residents. These amenities include a community room, fitness area, conference room, laundry facilities, dog run, and outdoor play area. Parking for residents and guests will be provided on-site with 120 underground stalls and an additional 144-stall surface parking stalls.
The meeting will be held at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, November 28, at City Hall (515 Little Canada Rd. E.)
Additional informational opportunities will include the December 14 Planning Commission meeting and the December 20 Public Hearing at the City Council meeting.
