The City of Little Canada is hiring a highly motivated, team-oriented individual as a part-time Code Enforcement/Rental Housing Coordinator Coordinator (up to 20 hours a week) to administer the City's code enforcement efforts and rental housing licensing program. Duties include performing a variety of administrative and technical work in conducting inspections to ensure compliance with the City’s rental housing, nuisance, zoning, and other codes. Performs comprehensive inspections on residential properties to ensure compliance with existing city and state codes and policies governing existing structures.
